Silence is Strange

I am in the library right now, and it is so quiet. Usually there would be people talking all over the place, music on someones computer, someone having a loud conversation on the phone, and the click of the many keyboards as people type. But today there are only a handful of people here, most of the university is closed for this week long holiday. I am lucky that the foodhall is open tonight, but I had to go buy food at the supermarket for breakfast and lunch. The dorm is very quiet, there are only one or two other people not staying elsewhere this weekend. Mostly overseas people like me. Things should pick up tomorrow, and be back to full pelt on monday for the last week of the semester. Only a few weeks to go now.
